The main problem is my stomach, I have skinny legs and arms but my stomach/torso/back is really (really) fat and out of proportion. If I eat oatmeal with rice milk for breakfast (7am), piece of fruit for lunch (12:30pm), and an apple after school (4pm) and then a small dinner of vegetables and pasta/and or chicken (6pm) what exercises should I be doing to get the best possible results, other than cardio? xx"

Well according to the BMI calculator you are JUST overweight… BUTTTTTT it’s not always accurate so don’t stress it!
Unfortunately you can’t spot reduce, in other words- you can’t target where you burn fat..
If your body is built in a certain way you can’t really do anything to change it.. Cardio and a healthy diet is probably the only way you can reduce your overall body fat.. You should try tinning up your trouble areas with weights and Pilates..
And I think you should be having a piece of fruit as a snack and not as your entire lunch sweetie! That’s wayyy too little!
Have a big breakfast
Then a snack after 2-3 hours
Then lunch
Then another snack If you like
And then dinner
And a healthy late night snack if you really want it :D
